We do have a monthly fee of $50 per month which includes valet trash, a community maintenance fee, and a city trash fee.
Our apartments do not include utilities.
We are here for you 24/7. Easily submit a maintenance request on our resident portal and your request will be addressed within 24 hours, or call the emergency maintenance line if it is an emergency after hours.
We love pets and have no weight or breed restrictions and absolutely have a dog park for our furry friends.
